Function:
1.After add power,output port will output square signal,amplitude euqals to power voltage
2.Output duty cycle cannot be adjusted,and output signal duty cycle is stable（50%-65%) during the process of adjusting frequency
3.Frequency can be adjusted multi-coil potentiometer,and adjusting range is 0.5Hz～70Hz
