Polyimide heater film, which adopts polyimide as outer insulator and the thermos foil as inner electric heating element, is formed by high temperature and high pressure heat sealing process.
Extremely thin(<0.4mm), lightweight(2.68g) and flexible polyimide heaters can quickly heat. So they are widely used in the electronics manufacturing, medical devices and scientific instruments.
Equipped with self adhesive, these heating films can easily stick to the surface of the item.
Applications:
