4.LED color rules:
1>.User must install the LED according to the specified rules.
2>.D1/D7,D2/D8,D3/D9,D4/D10,D5/D11,D6/D12.Each pair must use the same color, otherwise one of the LED will not light.
3>.That means LED D7 must use blue LED if D1 use blue. Otherwise one of D1 or D7 can not turn ON.
4>.For example D1~D3, D7~D9 use blue LED.D4~D6, D10~D12 use green LED.Conform to the rules.
5>.Different arrangement, the effect is different.
5.Note:
1>.User needs to prepare the welding tool first.
2>.This DIY installation is more difficult to be installed, please be patient until the installation is complete.
3>.The package is DIY kit.It need finish install by user.
4>.The soldering iron can't touch the components for a long time(1.0 second), otherwise it will damage the components.
5>.Pay attention to the positive and negative of the components.
6>.Strictly prohibit short circuit.
7>.Users can complete installation by PCB silk screen and component listing.
8>.User must install the LED according to the specified rules.Otherwise some LED will not light.
9>.VCC/P31/P30/GND are used to download firmware for control IC STC8F2K08S2 by manufacturer.User cannot use.
10>.It is strongly recommended to read the installation manual before starting installation.
6.Installation Steps
Tips:
1>.Install SMD components at first;
2>.Install complex components preferentially;
3>.Pay attention to the installation direction of components.
4>.Make sure the soldering iron does not touch the components for a long time.Otherwise it is easy to damage the components.
Step 1:Install 1pcs STC8F2K08S2 at U1.Pay attention to the installation direction and don’t short the pins.
Step 2:Install 12pcs LED according to the specified rules at D1~D12. Such as D1~D3, D7~D9 use blue LED.D4~D6, D10~D12 use green LED.Pay attention to the installation direction.User need test positive and negative by multimeter for LED before install.
Step 3:Install 6pcs SMD 200ohm resistor at R1~R6.
Step 4:Install 1pcs 0.01uf capacitor at C1 and 1pcs button at S1.
Step 5:Install 2pcs CR2032 battery socket and 2pcs CR2032 batteries.
Step 6:Remove the protective film of the acrylic casing.
Step 7:Place black acrylic sheet on side of battery socket.
Step 8:Put 4pcs M2*5mm Copper Column at four install holes.
Step 9:Put 1cps transparent acrylic sheet on black acrylic sheet and then fixed by 4pcs M2*4mm Screw.
Step 10:Install another 2pcs transparent acrylic sheet on PCB other side and then fixed by 4pcs M2*6mm Screw.
Step 11:Install Bearing as shown.
Step 12:Press button to change display pattern.Long press button for 3 second to turn ON/OFF power.
