4. Using Steps:
Adjust output voltage:
Adjust CV potentiometer to change output voltage to meet required.
Adjust output current:
1>.Rotate CC potentiometer counterclockwise more than 30 turns.
2>.Connect to load such as LED and ammeter; or Connect to rechargeable battery (discharge off the electricity first and then recharge).
3>.Rotate CC potentiometer constant current potentiometer clockwise to set output current to meet required.
