1.Description:
This is a commonly used obstacle avoidance sensor, which mainly uses a pair of infrared transmission and reception Pipe components.
The principle is that the transmitting tube emits a certain frequency of infrared rays.
When the detection direction encounters an obstacle (reflecting surface), the infrared rays are reflected back and received by the receiving tube.
At this time,the indicator light is on. After the circuit is processed, the signal output interface outputs a digital signal.
There are two potentiometers on the sensor, one for adjusting the transmission power and one for adjusting the receiving frequency.
By adjusting the two potentiometers, we can adjust its effective distance.
2.Feature:
1).The sensor is compatible with various microcontroller control boards, such as arduino series microcontrollers. When using, we provide a method to use the sensor and arduino series MCU.
2).The module contains 2 kinds of interfaces, you can choose.One is the anti-reverse insertion white terminal with a pitch of 2.54mm. When in use, we can use the DuPont cable to connect to the single-chip microcomputer. The other is a pin header interface with a pitch of 2.54mm, which can be directly connected to the single-chip microcomputer by using a male-to-female DuPont cable.
3).For the convenience of wiring, we have specially designed an expansion board that is fully compatible with this module for Arduino UNO R3 microcontroller.
