1.Description:
It is a temperature sensor module.Its output voltage has a linear relationship with the Celsius temperature scale.The conversion formula is as follows.The output is 0V at 0,and the output voltage increases by 10mV for every increase of 1℃.
There are two power supply modes:single power supply and positive and negative dual power supplies.The power supply mode of positive and negative dual power supplies can provide negative temperature measurement.The quiescent current of the two connection methods has low self-heating effect at quiescent temperature (0.08℃),and the quiescent current of single power supply mode is about 80uA at 25℃.
The working voltage is wide,and it can work normally within the supply voltage range of 4-20V.Power saving.And LM35D is a temperature sensor whose output voltage is proportional to Celsius temperature,and its sensitivity is 10mV/℃.
2.Feature:
1).At room temperature,LM35 does not require additional calibration processing to achieve an accuracy of ±1/4℃.
2).When it is used,it does not need peripheral components,and does not require debugging and correction (calibration).As long as an external 1V meter (such as an analog or digital multimeter) is connected,it becomes a thermometer.
3).Its power consumption is low,and the quiescent current is only 80uA.
