4.Instructions:
1>.The tested battery should be fully charged first.
2>.Connect the positive terminal of the battery under test to the positive input terminal and the negative terminal to the negative input terminal.Do not connect them inversely (connecting them with a load in the opposite direction may damage the circuit).
3>.Connect the load to the positive output terminal and the negative output terminal,and supply power to the tester micro USB (not available from desktop or laptop USB).At this time, the battery voltage is displayed.
4>.To start the test directly, just press the "OK" Button.The tester can automatically set the appropriate termination voltage according to the full charge voltage of the battery,and it will start flashing after 3 flashes.
5>.You need to manually set the termination voltage.Just press the "+" Button or "-" Button to modify it when the battery voltage is displayed.The termination voltage is displayed as the beginning of P,the latter represents the voltage value,the resolution is 0.1V,short press "OK" after setting start testing.
6>.After the test starts,the tester will turn on the electronic switch that controls the load.The test process data will be displayed between the discharge capacity (Ah), the current discharge current (A), and the battery voltage (V).
7>.When the battery voltage reaches the set termination voltage,the tester cuts off the load control switch,the display data stays on the capacity (Ah) and flashes quickly with the corresponding indicator.At this time,the displayed capacity is the actual battery discharge capacity.Short press "OK" Button can stop flashing to make the data display stably.Press the "OK" button again to restore to the state just after power-on,you can replace the battery to test the next section.
5.Error Code and Meaning:
1>.Err1:Battery voltage is higher than 15V
2>.Err2:The battery voltage is lower than the set termination voltage
3>.Err3:The battery cannot bear the load discharge current or the internal resistance of the line is too large
4>.Err4:The current is too large (current is greater than 31mA)
5>.Err5:Improper use or incorrect wiring has caused the device to be burned out and cannot be used (current sampling or control switch MOS burned out).
6>.If the battery is connected in reverse,the circuit switch tube may be damaged when the load is connected and the load current is large (about>0.8A)
